Valley of Hope Fun Fly was held on the Fathers Day weekend. Wil & Cheri Vohs have held this Fun Fly at their ranch for 12 years now. This year they had 37 RV units and 170 Guests for the Pig Roast. The weather was great and the frequency board was busy. This is one of the Fun Flys I love going to because you can camp with other pilots and their families, the kids have lots of other kids to play with, and there are great fish stories told around the fire. My family and I would like to thank the Vohs family for a great weekend. Thanks, David, Jennifer, and Chelsey Laux.

At the Pig Roast on Saturday night, this group of people present Wil with a Radio Controlled replica of his full scale Cessna 172, which he keeps in this hanger where the Pig Roast is being held. They presented this model to Wil in appreciation of all the years Wil and his family have hosted this fun fly. There are pictures of Wil with his full size and R/C plane in the groups of pictures that follow.
